I just ordered a new Pelican M6 3 watt LED, so hopefully later I'll post a review of how I like the light. So far initial impressions are pretty good. It's a non catalog item (or at least it isn't on the website), and so far I haven't seen any reviews as of yet.

Anyway....back to the subject. While ordering my light from the folks at batterystation.com I was told that the pressure switch for the Pelican M6 will also fit the surefire G2. I went ahead and ordered the switch and just got finished trying it..and yep..it works! The new pressure switch threaded right on in place of the stock end cap/switch with np problems. The switch is only 6" in length, however, it's long enough to mount on my shotgun or AR pistol.

For $15.00 it isn't a bad deal at all and it sure beats pressing a button while mounted to a weapon. This may be old news to some, but for me it's new!

The Tac Star tail switch also works well (actually I think they are made by the same factory) here is a previous post of mine about this switch.
