do you have to renew a c&r every year or is it a one time fee? if you do have to renew, what happens if you let it expire? are there any c&r elligible full auto weapons?

A C&R is good for 3 years, if you fail to rnew, you have to go throught the whole application process again. There are lots of C&R Class 3 weapons. I've bought a Reising, a Sten, and a M-2 carbine with mine.
