11:20 PM Update: Things seem to be going according to plan, but I'm starting to doubt the time line. This might drag out longer than I thought it would.

11:42 PM Update: Things are still running cleanly. I could probably turn the board back on right now, but the database is reindexing and I'm more comfortable waiting until background processing is done before applying the normal load to it. We could be done any minute now, but I'm starting to prep for a late bedtime.
