NOPD Supt. Compass' remarks re confiscation

I need a link to the TV clip in which Supt. Compass of the NOPD says in so many words that they are "confiscating all guns from civilians." I saw it through THR about 10 days ago but I can't find it now. You can PM the URL to me.

Same genius who said after Katrina that N.O. was the safest city in America? Yeah, depopulation and being underwater will tend to curb crime.

The athorities in NOLA are quite possibly the sorriest excuse for human beings that I have ever seen on the TV. And that includes the few times I have been unlucky enough to accidentally gaze apon a brief glance at the Jerry Springer Show, as I'm flipping channels.. :( :(
