Anyone know how to contact HESSE concerning warranty information?

My dad bought a HESSE manufactured CETME that has never worked from day 1. Go figure.

I've looked in a dozen places and have yet to find the website or contact number.

Hesse is now doing business as Vulcan Armamanent.
