This is kind of cool. Guy from Canada says he will ship this book anywhere in the free world but will not ship to anti-American countries. . .Look down close to the bottom of the description

I don't know whether to be mad or happy that a Canadian is more American than most Americans.

Where is it?
I don't see squat in the ad about not shipping to anti-American countries.
Whoops, found it.
I wonder if he includes Quebec, New Jersey, and Massachusetts in that last...

I emailed the guy a little, short "thanks". Nice to see little things like that.

On the way to work yesterday I was listening to the radio. They were talking about a Canadian that had won an auction on ebay but the seller would not ship to him because of Canada's position on the war. The seller relisted the item and the Canadian bid an astronomical ammount to guarantee he would not be outbid. He sent the seller his Blaine, Wa. address this time. (He must have bid under a different name the second time.) Blaine is just across the Washington border and it is comomon for cheesers to keep an address there. The seller emailed him back and politely said "you are obviously trying to deceive me and I am still not going to sell to a Canadian." :D :neener:

Refusing to ship to a person just because of a person's nationality seems kind of stupid to me. Last time I checked, stereotyping was looked down upon

I don't care what anyone says, I think it's a great show of support and I thanked him. He replied to thank me for the kind words: his name is Wilf E. Pyle from Regina Canada. The e-mail address is: treatskssfoods@sk.sympatico.ca

Stop dissing the French!
How do you spot a French tank?
It has backing lights on it.
Seems you want it both ways or you cannot decide which side of the fence you want to be on.

Anytime I sell scopes, grips or accessories on eBay, I always put something to the effect of 'I will not sell to anyone that I feel may use this against an American citizen.'
Of course, other than racial profiling of a name (that could be false) or the domain name of the email address, I'm not sure how I'd know...
