Messages since last visit

Is it possible to search or view only new messages since last visit across all of the discussions. I would like to see all new messages but don't have the time to go through all Discussions.

Yes - use the "New Posts" function in the menu line (starting with User CP).

And once you press "new posts" clicking the little "V" icon that starts each subject line will take you to posts in that topic that are new since your last visit.
