I had a set of Army surplus pack straps with quick release pulls. They've worn out. There's not an Army Surplus store around here now. Anyone have an idea where I could find some online?

If you are looking for the issue pack straps www.actiongear.com has them new.

www.tacticaltailor.com makes some very nice pack straps, so does www.eagleindustries.com ,I can vouch for the Eagle straps, very nice on an ALICE large.
