What do you guys think of the C.O.P. .357 Derringer ? I have kinda wanted one of these since I saw it in Bad Boys a long time back. I havent really researched the gun too much. I'd like to shoot it before I try and find one. Any thoughts ?

I have shot them several times, back in the 1980's, when they were being manufactured. Heavy for its size, long and gritty trigger pull and marginal accuracy beyond five yards and is prone to keyholing. They have not been made for several years, and they seem to go on Gunbroker for $ 400 and up. In my view, that is way too much for what you get.

My experience exactly. I shot one a few times back in the '70s. .38 wadcutters were ok, 158 gr .38 SWC or RN keyholed, and magnum recoil was brutal due to light weight and grip shape. Nothing I want to fool with.

Heavy for its size, long and gritty trigger pull and marginal accuracy That pretty much sums it up.

Except you forgot the part about firing more than one barrel at a time.
