I just got my second Comp Tac C.T.A.C. today and it feels really tight on my Kahr MK9 to a point where I'm pulling it out of my pants before it gets away from the holster. Is there a way of breaking in the holster so it's easier to get the gun in and out?

Wear is minimal on Kydex. Chances are it won't get much better. If there aren't tension adjustments on the holster, the two tricks I have used are:
1. Spray the inside of the holster with a lubricant. (WD-40, or similar) Make sure there is not an issue between the lube and your gun's finish.
2. Use a blow dryer or heat gun to warm the holster (carfefully and slowly) and slightly expand the holster by twisting/bending the gun inside (or wrap the gun in plastic to increase its size slightly)

You can loosen the allen screws to decrease the tension. If loosening the screws won't do it give Comp-tac a call. I've found their customer service to be first rate.
