Pro-Tem judges serve at the whim of the presiding judge.
He knew he would get fired for his actions, since you either play along with the "legal system" in the lawyers only club or you get the boot.

Sadly a man who stood up for what he believes suffers the consequences.

He did what was to be expected. The Chief Judge won't put him on the substitute judge list now and he won't make brownie points. That's the Chief Judge's call.

Gee, instead he'll have to be in the office working or lobbying the GWR General Assembly to reform the dope laws. No biggie.

A judge with integrity finally is on a bench and gets fired because he refuses to hear case which are in conflict of interest of other activities he's engaged in.
In other news today, record low temperatures were recorded in Hell due to a sudden blizzard. A spokesman for Satan stated ice and snow were causing severe problems in carrying out eternal punishments. :D
