More proof that modern entertainment is nothing more than a platform for the post Cold War communist movement.
Hypocrits = In her upcoming anti America video Madonna throws a handgrenade in President Bush's lap. This type of expression is OK for the modern keepers of political correctness but a Confederate flag license plate on the front of a pickup truck is a form of dangerous hate speech that will inspire violence. This country is screwed up bad!

First the Pope and now Madonna?

We're doing a poor job of selling this "Crusades" business...;)

First the Pope and now Madonna?

If you think that this war is a Crusade, then you are part of the problem. I am thankful to have a president that will stand up and fight against evil.

Coop, the fact that you fail to understand sarcasm makes me wonder about some of the people on "my" side of this deal.

If you think I'm against this war, you haven't been paying attention.

I heard on the radio that she's taking the grenade part out...

...not that it makes it any better.

You are right. I failed to see your sarcasm. No slam intended.

Who needs a brain when you have 100 million dollars!

IIRC, it's illegal to shoot at a target resembling the president. Would the same law apply to a video with a presidential stand-in?

Since when did being a singer with a recording contract make one an expert on world politics?

It would be hard to "hurt" Madonna with a boycott of her CDs...she's very wealthy. On the other hand, some day,
when she least expects it: Smile! You're on "Hit & Run Camera!"

coop57, you're forgetting that only a conservative white male is capable of being politically incorrect.

Leftists are moral and intellectual parasites—and shameless hypocrites into the bargain.

Maddonnas' 15 mins were up a few years ago, she is just trying to reinvent her fading career. Nobody pays attention to what she has to say. Celebs need to stick to doing what they do the best playing dressup and pretending. Did anyone see her latest movie??? Me neither, I heard that Pokemon 3 made more money than the garbage she put out.

Yeah... but she sure looked good in that 'Like A Prayer' video.

It's a shame so many of these entertainers need to publicly use their brain for non-entertainment purposes.

It is beyond me why any one with 1/2 a brain would give a *** EDITED BY MODERATOR *** about anything that Madonna 'thinks' about anything.

She's a very average looking woman who has managed to parley crass exhibitionism and shock value with some singing talent into a lucrative career, but do you think whe will ever reallyamount to more than a footnote IRL?

I almost wish the .gov would go after her sorry @$$, except that I just don't feature the waste of anymore of my tax money on a half-@$$ed 1st Amendment suit that would most likely end up in a publicty bonanza for the slutmuffin.:barf: :barf: :barf:

Apologies to the mods & communitiy at large for going off into the weeds. Madonna anoys me immensly, on so many levels.

She is getting a bit old to be taking her cloths off, so she is getting some press by other means. Never did think that she was that hot with, or without her cloths.

She's never recovered from the shock of Stephen Hawking
selling more books on astrophysics than she did on sex.

Desperation. After the fiasco of "Swept Away" she must be in fear of being swept away herself. Shock is not a reliable career engine.

I am reminded of the words of Dr. Samuel Johnson: "Nothing odd can last long." It's been long enough.
