Which would you put a 2X Burris on?

I have two prospective pieces that have had me pondering for a spell which I want to put this 2x Burris on for plinking around.

Handgun #1. S&W 2206 .22 LR
Handgun #2 S&W 686, Magna-Port'ed, smoothed action, w/3 pt lock-up....

Your thoughts?

Either would be nice. I like Burris quality,. have a MINTY 2x for sale.
$100. Use only Burris on my other scoped guns.

I think the 686 has more potential and a cleaner mount system.

The 686 all the way! It will drive you to handgun hunting. And if it was your self defense gun you can now buy another.
