What goes with a CKS Suit?

At my wedding, I didn't wear a Tux, I wore a Chang Kai Shek Suit. (Yes people, you all know what it is, you just didn't know what it was called. You see Jet Li wearing it.)

So I was wondering.. What gun would go with this? (and please don't say Beretta!!)

Steyr M40...which you conveniently already own.

Two Berettas.

Seriously...you need a broomhandle mauser in a shoulder rig.

Nothing says "Bond villain" like a Mao jacket and a luger.

Wear skin tight black leather gloves to accentuate.

+1 for the Steyr, but that's just because I'm biased... and because it'll hide just fine under that jacket.

Colt SAA... and a cowboy hat. That'll keep 'em guessing.

The very first gun that came to me on seeing that (very slick-looking, by the by) suit was "Baby Eagle". Dunno why, exactly, but it just seemed to fit.

Since you're in Taiwan I'd suggest something highly concealable that does not print like maybe a Rohrbaugh or Kahr of some kind.

Might oughta consider a belly pack or Thunderwear.

Maybe a J Frame S&W in an ankle holster?

Don't forget to practice your gun kata.

I like the suit...but the way you're staring out into space is kind of creepy. Like those android things on IRobot (I know, it was a crappy movie)......Anyhow, I would recommend a Walther P-99 Compact but I'm partial to Walthers

Custom Made in Hong Kong. 1600HKD which is ($206)

The Tailor tried to rip me off, because he tried to switch the material on me when I wasn't looking, to a cheaper one.

I think it was Tamara who was laughing at me about Gun Kata..?? What was funny was, I was suppose to represent the Western/American Culture, and my wife was suppose to represent the Eastern/Chinese culture. She wore a white wedding gown, and I wore a CKS suit. I like eating rice, she likes McDonalds.. So strange..

+1 on the AK-47...not exactly concealable...but somehow distinctly SE Asia looking.

Congratulations on the wedding, good luck!

Anyone interested in a similar suit, I can probably arrange it. Can't quote price right off the top of my head, but dad has tailor friends in Thailand (and he sees 'em almost every day). I think I paid $150-200 for my three piece mandarin collar...

And don't make fun of how he's starin': at a guess, that was his wedding day, so his brain was probably kinda vacant (I know mine was on "the day")

Twoblink: didn't get to tell ya before, but congrats!

The reality of "the stare" was that, I was looking for them to cue me to start walking in. I'm in the back of the church, so I can't really hear the music inside of the church..

The suit rocks. I got the most comments for it.

Went to my son's wedding last May in Jakarta..he and his wife both live in Bahrain...her Mom's in Indonisia.

Saw some incredible suits there..but your's is the coolest by far! I'd suggest a KAHR P9..great little 9mm..7 in the clip..EASILY concealable..very thin. Cotton velcro "Kangaroo" holster under the arm..never see it!

Congrats And Take Care

I disagree about the Baby Eagle.
You only carry a 941 when you wear....whatever it is that Spike wears.

C'mon, now. I was just trying (in a circumlocutious way..) to imply that Twoblink was as slick in that suit as Spike Spiegel is on a regular basis. I mean, you can't look twice at Twoblink without thinking that, if need be, he could kick you in the face and simultaneously deliver an awesome one-liner, especially in that suit.

Stainless or hard chromed CZ-75 compact. Failing that, a stainless BHP. Anything you do, should be polished and bright to contrast that dark suit. That and I'm a sucker for a nice hard-chrome finish.

Barrett

Edited to add: Fantastic suit. I've wanted one for several years now. Unfortunately, I'd make it look horrible.

Each and every one of you is WRONG!
Everybody knows that what suit demands, to set it apart from all others is a nickled Nambu! Has just enough of the rakish lines of a Luger to catch the eye and just enough of the impractical to keep the viewer asking...........
