Id ownloaded the CDNN catalog, and saw the MKII for 199....couldnt resist...Ive been wanting a guardian/seecamp/autauga type 32 pistol for a while....and I cant bring myself to drop the 400 for the first two...

My question is this....On TFL, there was talk of a guy named Rusty, and the old www.autaugaarms.com website being out of commision...Apparently there was a replacement website:

warning....DO NOT CLICK THAT LAST LINK!!! Apparently the Autauga Rifles site has been redirected to a rather raunchy porn site....which will now be getting more hits than it ever has because I mentioned it here on THR:rolleyes:

Alright....does Autauga still exist in any form any more?? Are they completely defunct? Are there any contacts for warrantee work or repairs? I am not expecting to have any problems with this pistol, but the availability of spare parts is always a comforting thought.

Have you ever had any problem with the slide biting your hand? I know that is a problem with some small guns....

Not for me but it kinda depends on your hand and how you hold the pistol. Maybe Rusty will resurface one day but I have no idea where he is. He lived in Orange Beach, AL last but as I said the website went down, phone disconnected, etc.

Let us know how yours turns out. It should be a high serial number one, in the 3,000s or high 2,000s.
