VERY light .243 100 gr lead load?

I want to make some .243 loads with 100 gr Beartooth 21 BHN lead bullets with 6 gr 700X powder, magnum primers. I want a quiet load to use around the house for plinking. I have been told to use my .22lr. Is this too light?
