Mass Residents Help. Out of State Transfer?

If I sell a firearm to somebody out of state, I know it has to be sent to his FFL. Do I need to transfer it to my FFL dealer and then to his FFL dealer? Or can I send it myself to his FFL dealer? If I can send it myself, how do I handle the MA FA-10 form (registration form)?
