this is sort of a departure, but i recently tossed out my microsoft elite kybrd and MS basic mouse in favor of an elite ergonomic 4000 keyboard and an intellimouse explorer 4.0-ish.
MAJOR difference.. my hands no longer hurt after working and when i go shoot, my right finger no longer shakes when i keep it extended for long periods of time.
I strongly urge anyone who has to work long hours in front of a PC (like you're doing right now) to buy some serious ergonomic stuff. when i was using bad stuff (dont forget the chair) my hand would hurt so much sometimes (scary... spontaneously sometimes too) that once when i was practicing dry fire i dropped my gun because my hands were tingling.
btw, if your hands do tingle that's often a sign of nerve damage or compression so stop asap and give them some rest.
just a bit of warning, not expecting answers.
