I ordered a 20" Varmint upper and Match trigger assy for my AR-15 on September 14th...sat and listened while the dealer placed my order by phone. I paid in advance.

Yesterday I had my dealer call to try to get a delivery date...and Rock River said they have no record of the order! They will rush the order, and I should get it within another 30 to 60 days.:banghead:

Their quality may be great, but their order department sucks.:barf:

Will beat the bushes for another in stock...there should be an Atlanta gun show coming up soon...and if I find one will cancel out my order. If I had only known...

I ordered my RRA NM lower right before the Klinton gan ban expired. I had to wait a while longer than expected but it was worth it IMHO.

I seriously considered ordering a Rock River with a couple of changes from the standard. After reading this and many other threads, I'm glad I put a Bushmaster that was in stock on layaway yesterday. I think I'd rather have the RRA in the long run, but I don't want to wait that long for it.

I have had better luck at a show or dealer than trying to get direct from RRA

When I ordered/bought my RRA last April through my local FFL the transaction sent smooth as silk. I ordered a flat top, Picatanny Rail, NM Trigger, and collapsible stock.

It arrived an about 10 days.

It was flawless out of the box and have never had a single problem with it. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another.
