Reaction Time...

Rather than continue the Halloween Zombie thread (almost cleared leather upon surprise...), I thought I'd hang this out for y'all... There's not a firearm involved, but there is the concept of just out-and-out surprise, and I think we need to think about how we will react in a "firearm" situation, so Pax, don't lock the thing just because nobody got shot, okay? I mean, what if the guy'd been carrying?

(BTW, no speakers on this computer, so I haven't listened to the thing, so I can't say that nobody's saying anything they shouldn't, so you've been warned... The general web site is probably not "safe for work" but they've got some interesting archives of people doing stupid human tricks, and I've used some of the stuff in the past to illustrate workplace safety stuff)

I especially like the big guy's follow-up reaction... Ohmigawd - I did what?

I also thought this was interesting - Tazer vs. bull... Works for a while I guess...

The big guy's got some pretty good reflexes that's for sure. The one with the bull kinda answers the question as to whether tazers are effective or not. I think they should tazer every bull before they get ridden, I think it would add some excitement to the rodeo. As long as the poor little bull isn't hurt of course.
