How strong is Freedom Arms' model 97?

Im in the market for a FA revolver, and the 97 is interesting me. I realize it has a smaller frame than the 83, and naturally it isn't as strong, but my question is: Is it as strong or stronger than a Ruger Blackhawk? Im planning on shooting mild to semi-hot 45 Colt loads in it, and I don't want to shoot it loose. Thanks for any input-

I think I would put a call in to them and tell them what I was thinking, and get some advise.
I am still dreaming of an 83 Premier myself......

Seeing that the 97, like the 83, is a five rounder, the web dimensions of the cylinder should be pretty shout and should be able to handle hotter .45LC. (.45LC is listed as a caliber option for the 97.)
If you still have concerns, just get the 83 Field Grade. It's slightly cheaper than the 97 Premier.
