MmmI recall a news story I read about eight months ago (can’t find the link…) about the drug interdiction Coast Guard crews in the Caribbean having .50 rifles on some of their helicopters. They were trained to use them to take out the motors of speed boats that refused to be boarded by the cutter crews.

I mean damn. On a chopper, with a .50, aiming at the motor compartment of a speeding watercraft.

Actually… that sounds kind of cool.
