Recent editions of loading manuals have disgusted me by coming down off the 100% density loadings of this powder in the .357s. It used to produce the maximum velocities within the then-accepted 40,000+ cup operating range. I decided to check out one of the more moderate loads to see if it would perform. While I lost 80-90 fps in similar 6" revolvers, the load was consistent enough for use. (picture)

It's alot like several of the factory 158 grain loadings and proves very controllable in one handed DA shooting at 25 yards.
