not much of a 1911 type guy but have a chance to buy a kimber ultra cdp for 750 bucks,this thing looks brand new any comments or concerns would be appreciated.

They can be great guns. Mine has been 100% reliable. It's also very accurate for such a tiny gun.
The only thing I recommend changing is the magazines. The Wilson 47OX seven round officers mags work best in my experience. The alluminum frame of the pistol tends to get dinging up by mags with metal followers. It's only cosmetic but it matters to me.

Mags and grips are all I changed on mine and I love it. :cool:
