Many years ago, I read an article on an odd wildcat round... the .22 Flea. It's a .32 ACP necked down to .22.

As I recall, the 'only' change needed is the barrel. Maybe I have too much time on my hands, but I'd like to track this thing down and see what it entails, exactly. Something about the idea appeals to me... :uhoh:

Can anyone here point me in the right direction? :)

Sorry, can't comment on the flea, but if you want a modern version you may want to check out the .25 NAA and the .32 NAA. They look pretty neat.

For some reason I was thinking that the .22 Flea was based on a necked down .25 Auto case?

Nope you are correct it was a .32 acp necked down to 22.
The Load From A Disk software has info on it.

It was the .22 Cricket that was based on the .25acp case.
I always get those insect names confused.
What do you expect I'm a Beatles fan anyway.
