Does anyone use amber, smoke, etc. lenses when shooting, or do you keep them clear?

usually i use Amber or Yellow as my eyes have developed sensitivity to light due to Lyme Disease.

I shoot with amber lenses unless it's a really sunny day. I've found amber to be great at cutting glare.

I liked Oakley's persimmon colored lenses. Not too dark & let enough light to work indoors too.

Still using the old aviator style. Clear mostly unless clay games, then I use a vermillion. Rare to use sunglass, green or smoke.

Normally, I use amber safety glasses while shooting. On occassion, I wear very dark sunglasses (at indoor range) to practice low-light shooting.

I wear amber colored glasses over my regular prescription glasses.

I used to wear amber color protective eyewear but found out that clear color lenses made seeing the flames shoot out of the barrel visually more fun :D

I use 3 or 4 different color Oakley lenses depending on the conditions. I have been using them for cycling for 10-12 years so my collection is pretty broad, I've got several differnt frame styles and many different color lenses for each. Red Iridium is one of my outdoor favorites, the Persimmon is nice for inside, I don't care for the yellow though.

my prescription safetys have a 50% gradient tint in them of brown, darkest at top , light at bottom , cuts the glare and helps my eyes due to light sensitivity from my medications . i have used straight clear glasses but I end up squinting .

I choose the colour of the lense to the one that gives me the best contrast of the target to the background.
Some days clear, others yellow or smoke.

Yellow seems to 'sharpen up' the black bulls, especially when it's overcast.
