Does anyone have a nifty way to make overpowder cards for the 45-70? Buffalo Arms (http://www.buffaloarms.com/) sells precut .030 and .060 vegatable fiber wads by the thousand for around $20.00, they also sell uncut sheets and several styles of punches for making your own.

A friend of mine has sharpened the edges of a fired .45-70 case using a chamfer tool. He uses this case to punch out wads from a fiber sheet. Seems to work just fine for him - and at minimal cost.
