Al Gore was visiting somewhere overseas today, I forget where. He thought he was talking off record when he stated that if he were president he would not try to remove Saddam's regime, someone had a recorder running and got the speak on tape. I hope he will forget his thoughts of running in 04'.

I thought Liar Gore was busy defending the Dixie Chicks—unless, of course, he's multi-tasking.

Post a news link whenever it becomes available.
Remember the brouhaha over Bush referring to Adam Clymer of the NY Times as a "major league *******"? Let's see the media broadcast this Gore statement with equal enthusiasm.

Oh, I remember him, the guy that invented the internet! :neener:
I am so thankful he's not the President or we'd be more worried about greenhouse gases & French cheese rather than removing a truly evil bloodline from the earth

. . . . . .and that, sir, is precisely why you are not, and never will be, president.
You are right, sir, in one respect. It is indeed much easier to buy-off dictators. Not nearly as messy. Looks much better on the evening news.
Whatta schmuck!

Al Gore is an idiot. Even Schroeder has changed his tune and now supports getting rid of Saddam.

He already said he isn't running in 04 months ago. Once a loser it's almost impossible to make a come back. Nixon did it but as far as I know, he was the only one and he waited 8 years to make his comeback. Al is irrelevent, always was and always will be. The only reason he got more of the "popular" vote is the blatant fraud that goes on out in the PRK. They learned well from Daley how to rig an election.

"I would never start this war if I were President, Former US Vice President Al Gore said via videoconferencing at the Economist Conference "Seventh Roundtable with the Government of Greece", which takes place April 2-4 in Athens.
Al Gore, whose participation in the conference has been prevented by secret services ban on travelling, underlined that he would have tried to deal with Saddam Hussein with all other means available. "
