I have a new Pietta BP revolver. I believe it is a 1861 Colt repro. Any info. on this revolver such as quality, defects, links to schematics, etc.,. would be very much appreciated. I intend to spend some quality time with my son shooting this revolver. He called "Dibs" on it as soon as he saw it. Semper Fi, Ray

VTI Gun parts has an exploded view and you can buy replacement parts for your 1861 should you need them later.
