I just got my Becker Brute, Cuda Arclite, and Ka-Bar TDI in the mail.

i meant to just order the Brute, but things don't always seem to work out like that :D. We'll see if it holds up to it's reputation when i actually get it in the field.

I am pleased so far.

some updates:

i took the brute along on my last fishing trip. i used it to cut firewood, chop onions and potatoes, clear dry brush, cut the tails off catfish, and pretty much anything else. i'm convinced this knife is indestructible. i touched it up a bit when i got home, but i didn't have to do much to restore a perfect edge.
