.....and boy does it perform :)

I took 4 nice fat quail on Thanksgiving day, shooting over a mowed peanut hay field in North Fla. The front trigger works the right barrel, which appears to be an open choke. The rear trigger works the left barrel, which seems to be a modified choke. I did some patterning work earlier.
The little dbl comes to the shoulder just perfectly, the triggers are crisp, and the recoil is not even noticable.
I think that this is going to replace every other shottie I own for quail hunting now.

:D

Sounds like a perfect day to me. Yes they tote well, and when needed gives one a choice of patterns by which trigger one chooses. Not to mention the character and soul.

Thanks for sharing.

Respect the Quail always

Congratulations, it sounds like it was a great day. A 20 ga. SxS double is the very definition of 'bird gun' in these parts, great to carry and to shoot. You know you are living right when you get three on a covey rise with a double...

A good start!!

Most two trigger doubles are set up like that.

Any pics?....

Nice. Looks like it needs some exercise, though. Bet there's an SC range where it can get it....
