I guess that's it. I'm looking to get one off of gun broker and was curious. CZ's web sit list mag capacity as ten rounds.
Thanks, Flip.

The 9mm CZ-75B that I bought new in 2003 about a year before the ban sunset came with a 15 round mag and a 10 round mag. The .40S&W CZ-75B SA I bought new in early 2004 came with 2 10 rounders.
That was then - this is now. My understanding is that pre-ban they sometimes stuck in the high-caps as a selling point. Call CZ-USA and ask 'em.

New CZ75s come with high cap (read normal) capacity mags.
I understand it is cheaper to make the normal cap mag than the 10 round abominations.

Anyone suggest a good source for standard cap mags for the CZ-75B?

every now and then you see CZ factory mags on gunbroker..
midway usually carries the MecGar..and they make the OEM product for CZ..\
Arizonagunners also carry the MecGar too..

Yep, the CZ web site is out of date -- they need to fix it.
Bought a new 9mm CZ 75B earlier this year and it came with two full-capacity mags. Great gun.

Bear in mind that there is probably a lot of old-stock still being sold on gun broker, and even a NIB gun might come with 10-rounders. Be sure to ask the seller to be sure.

Try CDNN Investments (www.cdnninvestments.com). They sell CZ factory magazines for $20.

Gentlemen, a couple of observations.
1) The CZ 10-round mags are more than satisfactory for practice on the range. I find it saves wear and tear on the 15/16 round (design capacity, if you will) in my inventory.
2) On one of the auction sites (AuctionArms or GunBroker), there is a fellow that sells the CZ75/85 with one mag (generaly a 10-rounder), and then sells the design capacity mag at a higher price. Ton80 is the call sign on this fellow.
3) Another source for CZ factory mags is a fellow in Alaska, Reddogxx I think is his call sign. Generally find his offerings on the auction sites, and as I understand, very reliable. Handles Czech stock imported direct.
