Well there may be a simple solution to my question, and hopefully you all can help me out. When I use win296 for reloading .44 mag it is very difficult to get all the powder out of the dispenser when I am finished. So far I have had to completely disassemble the dispenser every time I use that powder. It almost acts like it is attracted to the metal. Do you guys have any suggestions on how to relieve me from this step???

It is probably a build up of static electricity in the measure. You can wipe the inside of the measure with dryer sheet or wash it with soapy water.
