SNS AR Lower, local maker (wa)??

Was in a shop in Marysville the other day and they had an AR-15, the lower was marked SNS. The owner tells me that a local guy out of Snohomish makes them. Anyone got the info on these loweres, does he actually make them or are they made by Oly and stamped for him? How's the quality etc..Thanks
