Armalite AR-10 Forend Question

Hello Everyone,

Can the Armalite AR-10 be fitted with the dedicated forend light from Surefire built for AR-15s?

The AR-10 can take conventional AR-15 forends, so I assume this is also true with Surefire's dedicated forend lights, but wanted to be sure.

The full length AR-10 (20") uses the same handguards as a full length AR-15 (20").

The AR-10 carbine uses longer handguards, possibly the same length as midlength AR-15 handguards, but I do not know for sure.
