What would it be?

This question was asked of me while I was back home for the week.
I didn’t answer right then but on the flight back here I thought about it and I came to this conclusion.
I realize its personal preference but I would like to see what others might like

No way man I am keeping them all, but I will play for the fun of it.

Just based on my personally owned firearms at this time.

HK P7 M8 for my semi auto. Concealable, accurate, fast, safe and cool.

Ruger Vaquero. Sentimental reasons combined with simplicty and can use any ammo from .38 to .357.

M1 Garand. My favorite rifle I have ever shot full, autos, semis, bolts anything.

Can I keep my 870 Marine Magnum too? I will keep it hidden, really.

Glock 19 (Light, concealable, carries 18 rounds)
AR-15 (Light, reliable, also concealable :D)
HK-91 (Heavy, but ultra reliable and shoots a serious round. Some people like shotguns, I'd rather have an MBR.)

Well, if I had to, I guess I could limit my collection to just HK, Colt & Ruger. From those the manufacturers, I could satisfy most of my wants & needs from rimfire pistols to polymer, assault rifles to shotguns :D

My Mossy 500, I love that 8 round capacity.

One of the two FALs I'm building, probably the STG-58 over the Imbel.

My custom 1911 Sistema (Even better if I can keep the 22 slide, that would give me two pistols in one).

Man, three is pretty limiting... I guess if I can only own three, each could be pretty pricey. Let's see...

The Gold Cup Commander that Ned Christiansen built a while back but converted to 9x23. I'd have the standard barrel for carry along with a 5.5" ported barrel for play. Probably have a green Trijicon front sight only.

SIG Arms Blazer R93 in 6.5x284 with a Schmidt & Bender 1.5-6x42 scope with illuminated reticle. I could always get different barrels in 243, 308 and 358 Winchester. ;)

Lastly, I'd be tempted to say a shotgun but I think I'd rather go with a Cooper's Light Varminter in 22LR. With a 3-12x42 scope. I could always switch the scopes back and forth based on need.

Well, picking from what I have...
I would have to go with my CZ-75B, and my CZ-452.
For the rifle, I would probably have to go with my Savage Scout, but I would be hard pressed to give up my Finn M-39.
I just hope I never have to make that choice.

Wow, a lotta similarity in the answers. Seems like:

-a fighting pistol
-A Main Battle Rifle (except for a few assault rifles)
-A shotgun

I think I'd give up the shotgun for a .22. So my list would be:

-Hi-Power for the pistol
-Rem 700 in .308 for reach
-10/22 or Model 60 for game gettin'.

Heckler and Koch Mark23 "SOCOM".

M14 National Match.

M1A1 Thompson SMG, because I've always wanted one and for those tight quarters.

Well, after some thought:

Rifle: Not a rifle at all--but a Thompson Center Encore, chambered for .30-06--with a REALLY good muzzle brake, with a 1-10 twist.

Handgun: my Vaquero in .45 LC, with another cylinder for .45 ACP

No shotgun, but I'd also have:

.22: Ruger Mark II, with a good dot scope.

As it turns out, I get to pick three also so we can have six.

Walther P99 in 9 mm, ok, Cslinger can have the Marine Magnum, and my SP101.

Oh, Duchess (our puppy) is telling me that something is wrong with the world when Cslinger did not pick any 45's or Sigs. Cats and dogs living together... mass hysteria.

She wants a Tomdog or a Bobdog for herself (I guess this belongs on the thread, "Which gun do you wish they would make?")

Let's see,

Wilson Classic Super Grade .45 pistol, Trijicon sights
Remington 700 VS .308, U.S. Optics 3.8x22x58 MkIV scope
H&K HK53 .223 select-fire carbine, Aimpoint 7000 red-dot sight

Sigh. :)

My three:
-1911 Gov't model, currently own a Kimber, would really like a Baer or other high end. .45 acp of course, and throw in a .22 conversion.
-M1 Garand in .308, mine from Orion 7 suits just fine
-Benelli M1 S90 Practical model, love it to pieces..
If I could cheat and add a fourth, CZ 452 Ultra Lux in .22lr.
Might WANT more than these, but don't NEED more.
