I asked before how to install a skeletonized hammer in my Beretta. Well I got that in and it wasn't too bad. I want to order a speed bump trigger from LTT and need to know how hard it would be to put that in this time! Any help would be appreciated.

Should I try reposting this in the 'Handguns:Autoloaders' section?

I have one of those triggers, but dont' like messing with my guns...I sent mine off to Ernest Langdon. Even some of my 1911 friends bought a Beretta after they felt what he can do!

It's as simple as doing the hammer. You have to remove the slide stop first, because the slide stop spring sort of covers the trigger pivot pin. Once the slide stop spring is removed, tap the trigger pivot pin out, remove trigger spring and trigger, then drop in new trigger, replace trigger spring and trigger pin, and reinstall slide stop. The hardest part of the entire process is getting that slide stop pin back in, and the whole thing can be done in less time than it takes to type this. Just take your time and it may help to have an exploded view handy for reference.

VHinch must be smarter than me. I can change a 92FS hammer in about 15 seconds but the trigger was a real bitch to change. BTW: the trigger comes out the top of the frame and can be a squeeze to get in and out. Re hooking the nasty spring will probably require making a little "hook" tool out of some stiff piano wire so you can hold the spring end up. Good luck with it.
