If shipping a handgun from dealer to dealer, does it have to be overnighted or is USPS Priority ok?....Does being C&R matter?

It has to be overnight. C&R should not matter, but I had a idiot FedEx girl look at me and ask "Do you have a license?". I have a C&R license and a driver's license so I said "Yes!" since she did not specify which #@)*^ license she was talking about. She was happy with that and sent it off. :D
USPS does not ship handguns IIRC.

USPS will ship handguns from dealer to dealer. See Exhibit 432.1

C&R is irrelevant.

FFL to FFL dealers can ship the handgun by USPS. They must fill out the required USPS form but it can go snail mail or overnight.
NON FFL licensed individuals cannot ship by USPS. They can only ship by Fed Ex or UPS and both of them require overnight shipping on handguns.
