Look like the grips on a factory stock FN hipower to me.

Yeah, those are the stock grips.

The CDNN ones come with wood grips. Or at least they're shown in the catalog.

The CDNN catalog shows FN Hi Powers, not the Browning ones. They're identical, I know, but Brownings come with the thumbrest grips (like shown), and FNs come with flat checkered plastic.
I would know, my FN came with the flat plastic, and I ordered those grips from Browning -- they're now on the FN too. ;)
You can order the parts directly from Browning. Call 1-800-322-4626. The part numbers for them are B515535001 (Left) and B515536001 (Right).

Thanks for the Info!
I just have something against wood stocks and grips. Not sure why, but I just don't think they're as sexy as black rubber or synthetic. I've never thought about it until just now, but only 2 of my 14 wear wood but that's only because I haven't shot one of them yet and the other doesn't have a good synthetic stock available.

Those are the Browning High Power Grips that come factory installed on the Mark III.
You can order them through Brownells or Numrich Arms or directly from Browning.

An alternative you might consider: the synthetic grips seen at Brownells. Navridex I think. Look like fine checkered wood, but made of oil and solvent resistent synthetic materials. Great grips. (I think these are featured in the current "Christmas" shopping list they just sent out.)
I've had them on my BHP for a couple of years. I'd love to have them for some of my other guns, but they seem to be offered primarily for 1911 and BHP guns.

The Gunner Grips are finally available. Christine was freakin' awesome to work with, and the gunners are great. I shot 200 rounds yesterday out of my BHP, and the Gunners are incredibly grippy.
