I am in the process of purchasing a P226ST in the standard DA/SA configuration but I would like to convert it to the DAK trigger if possible.

I've read that there is a serial # cut-off for the P239, does the same apply to the 226ST's?

Also, if you know of the parts kit #'s or any helpful links/info I would appreciate it.

The best advice I can give you is send it to Sig to have the work done.
Or contact a very reputable smith, like Teddy Jacobson etc.
Shoot well.

NO CAN DO!!

Update:

I received a return call from SIG Customer service the other day and you're exactly right. Per the Sig rep, they have to modify the alloy frames to accept the DAK and they haven't worked this out with the stainless steel frames yet.

Good thing I was able to cancel my order on the ST and found the OrdnanceOutseller.com web-page. Yesterday I o/n'ed an order for a two-tone DAK 226R.
