This is a Tucker Paddle designed for the XD, XD Tactical and XD SubCompact. In the picture the leather is unfinished. It comes in natural leather, black, brown and black cherry. It is tension adjustable and adjustable for cant.
Variations are available for Glocks, Sigs, HK's, 1911's, etc. and revolvers.
