Somebody asked me this question, and I have no idea as to the answer.

Does anyone know who did the custom work, particularly on the grips, for guns owned by Elvis?

I remember several were bought from the Colt Custom Shop, and from the S&W custom operation.

There were and are any number of custom engravers and grip makers who do that kind of custom work, and a good many gun companies will have it done for you as a special order.
