Does anyone what is happening with this case? I haven't heard anything since the 9th circuit's decision last December. Is it going to be appealed to the 9th circuit en banc and/or SCOTUS? And if they are appealing, is there anyway to help them out?

I don't mean to be impatient, but does anbody also know how long these things generally take? I'm just hoping for the day when I can own my own AR-15 here in Cali. :(

Last I heard, Gary had filed for the En Banc hearing. And then the Nordyke case was heard right after that, which somewhat complicated things as that panel more or less *begged* for En Banc (or USSC) review.

Don Kilmer is also applying for En Banc for Nordyke. It's a fair bet there'll be En Banc review for one or the other, and possible both "at the same time". Which isn't something Don is looking forward to.
