What kind of guide rod comes on the MK9? I see a sainless rod in the Kahr online store. Also, who makes their magazines?

I believe the MK9 has a two piece guide rod and as for their mags, I think I heard that they make their own.

Plastic rod on my MK9 elite, I believe Kahr makes there own mags. I purchased aftermarket mags (promag) and they function fine, I have never had a problem with my MK9.

I just got in a Kahr PM-9. Guide rod is steel. The Elite has a plastic one? One would think the Elite would use a metal one. Interesting.
