I've been using AA 3100 for some rifle cartridges, and finally ran out. I bought a new can, and when openend, it smelled really bad (like toluene). Anyone know if the formula changed? It seems to work correctly (velocity, etc.).

If there is residual solvent, such as toluene, in the powder, be careful about putting it into your measure. It could start etching the plastic and damage your equipment.
I would contact the manufacturer about it.
