I am currently purchasing a CZ75 Compact 9mm (I pick it up tomorrow) and am looking for a good range holster. I'll be ordering a holster from HBE for CCW, but that will take a while and I need something to start using at the range and for my first foray into USPSA competition. I am discovering that the CZ is a hard gun to shop for (like my wife:D.) I've yet to find anything at the gunshops or Sportsmans Warehouse, but a man at the local shop told me that many holsters made for the P229 shold fit my CZ (he had no CZ's with which to test this theory.) Does anybody know this to be true? Also, does anybody know any good holsters that will meet my stated needs? Thanks in advance.

Ok........how fitting I answer this one first! :D A good, and I mean GOOD fit for the CZ Compact is any holster designed for the 39/69** series S&W s/autos.
They are very popular and should be easily found...the 229's slide mass and size is much larger then the Compact and will make it alot looser than Id prefer.....
Call me and we can the the right one on the way to you.
Shoot well...............Eric
