I have been looking for awhile for optics for a Mini 14. I just need some opinions on what works best.

The Question- What optics would you recommend?

If you're looking into magnification, don't get anything with a high zoom that's expensive, because the Mini won't shoot accurately enough to make it worth it. Though you may want to pay more for a weatherproofed, lower-zoom scope, or red dot.

If you bought the Ranch model and are using the Ruger scope rings, be sure to put Lock-Tite or something similar on it, because the screws will rattle completely out after about 100-150 rounds.
