I was looking for Jeff Cooper's "Art of the Rifle" this at the book store the other day and found I had to order it.

I also found 2 versions. What is the difference and is the expensive version worth $50?

The extra cost version is called the "special color edition" and it's only $31.47 at Amazon.

That's the version I have and it's great. As I understand it it contains basically the same info as the B&W edition, but it has color pics.

Chris Rhines gave me the full color edition for my wedding. What a stand up gent! IMO, the full color version is probably worth it.

Po'boy version here. If they had the knock you lights out gussied up version of the book at the store for $50, I probably still would have got the po'boy version. :p

Found a deal on an ebay site. Fancy version including shipping for $25!!!!!!


And to think I almost payed $21 for Po' man version.
