Have you contacted PRO (http://peoplesrights.org/officers.asp)?

According to this (http://peoplesrights.org/officers.asp) page:

Legal
David Buda
Columbus, OH
legal@peoplesrights.org

Legal
Scott Mote
Columbus, OH
legal@peoplesrights.org

Not sure if Mr. Buda or Mr. Mote can help you. If they can't, perhaps they can direct you to someone who can.

nope have not contacted Mr. Buda YET. Lookin to get things squared away on the cheap. The cheapest local quote has been over $1000 to start.

I could be totally wrong here, but you may find it's actually cheaper to go with an attorney who has experience in gun laws. This is for the following reasons:

1. Because they have experience on handling cases related to gun laws, they should be more efficient in handling your case. More efficiency = less time = less cost.

2. Because it is very likely the attorney is also a part of the gun culture, he/she may cut you a break on the costs.

But no matter who you go with, it will probably cost you some money.

I would shoot off an email to legal@peoplesrights.org as soon as possible.

Another idea is contact a THR member who is an Ohioan and lawyer.

"Henry Bowman" is a THR member, and lives in Cincinnati. Even though he's an IP lawyer, there's a chance he might be willing to help you out. It wouldn't hurt to ask.

Here's his profile:

Another is "CAS700850". He's a prosecutor living in Central Ohio. Here's his profile:
