I have a Kimber Pro Carry 2.
This is my first 1911.
Please help.
What is the replacement schedule for springs and any other components.
I have roughly 1000 rounds through it.
Thanks

For YOUR Commander sized gun I would recommend replacing the recoil spring and firing pin spring every 1,000 rounds.

For a FULL size 1911 I would extend it to 2,000 rounds (both springs).

For an OFFICERS Model I would say every 300-500 rounds (both springs).

Don't worry about the hammer mainspring. They seem to last forever.

+1 to what WT said. Conside Wolfe as the source for the replacement springs. I have never had any trouble with them in any guns and the cost is very reasonable. http://www.gunsprings.com/
